    Please make sure that you describe how each attribute is valued by employers. A better form of words might be -

    "This attribute/attitude is valued by employers because..." Then explain how an employee with that attribute/attitude is useful to employers.

    Try to keep more closely to the point in the way you write.

    This work meets P1 - "explain the personal attributes valued by employers".
