What goals and targets I've completed ? well i have completed all the goals that i needed to achieve and complete e.g. the pen goal, the handwriting practice etc.
What went well ? I had achieve what i needed to, to achieve my aims and my smart targets.
What went less well ? The completion date where to short and i had yo change few targets around.
What I'd do differently ? I would of done differently is that to make my goals more precise of completing the tasks.
What I'll do next ? I will keep making smart targets that would be able to have achievable smart target during the my life.
This evidence is building now for P8 - "follow a PDP". Your reviews should, ideally, be more specific and make reference to work you've completed in support of your goals rather than general statements to the efect that "I've complete x goal and y goal". Describe, please what you've actually done and, if possible link to or provide (via screenshots?) evidence of this.
You could also improve the presentation & SPG of your reviews (use text enhancements on subtitles. These reviews also work better as blog posts rather than comments on posts.
I'd like to see at least three reviews of your PDP to effectively evidence P8.
